One of TMC Transformers S.p.A.’s goals is to combine complete customer satisfaction with an effective quality policy.

This goal is met through continuous improvements in our processes, products, environmental performance, and occupational health and safety, and by implementing an integrated management system in compliance with UNI EN ISO 9001, UNI EN ISO 14001, UNI ISO 45001, and SA 8000 standards.

The Management therefore aims to:

  • Understand the needs and expectations of stakeholders in order to maximize our ability to provide a product that meets the necessary requirements, with a timely assessment of the various risks and opportunities.
  • Comply with all requirements of the SA 8000 standard, and all others signed, with national laws and other applicable legislation, and with the product requirements; to comply with international conventions and their interpretation, and in particular with the conventions referred to in the Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work
  • Comply with legal requirements or others applicable to processes, products, and risks to health and safety at work, in order to prevent accidents and illnesses.
  • Promote “continuous improvement of the environment, safety, and risk prevention,” by providing the human resources and tools necessary to ensure that employees are fully informed and educated about risks in the workplace, so they can carry out their tasks safely, aware of their responsibilities in relation to the environment, health, and safety at work.
  • Ensure that employees have a healthy and safe working environment, asking them to comply with current legislation and regulations while working, and encouraging them to take an active part in activities for managing health and safety at work.

In particular, through its activities, the company aims to:

  • Focus on “a commitment to comply with current legislation” by observing the requirements of the Risk Assessment Document.
  • Ensure a quick, effective, and diligent response to needs that emerge during work activities, also by initiating and taking part in “safety coordination” meetings.
  • Continue to promote high standards of ethical and environmental performance, to consistently improve the technical features of the products the company designs and manufactures (transformers and inductors), and to upgrade and strengthen its corporate image, in full compliance with international directives.
  • Pursue energy saving policies and prioritize the use of energy from renewable sources. Reduce waste.
  • Make products with recyclable or recycled materials.
  • Seek to optimize company procedures to achieve the highest levels of efficiency and effectiveness, to promote the economic development of the business in combination with equity and social progress.
  • Develop and disseminate a culture of quality, respect for the environment, workplace safety, and social responsibility, both in relation to internal staff, and by directly involving suppliers and the wider supply chain, in compliance with the requirements of SA 8000, the Code of Conduct, and other agreements signed by our company.
